5.1 and 5.3 are potentially unpatched #8

I have not patched any of the Lua files on windows. The official files from Lua don't contain the patches, they are thus unpatched.

I am phasing out 5.1 support - I no longer build installers for it so the Release 1 files are the only ones I will be producing. Lua 5.3.5 is the last 5.3 version and does not currently require any patches.
