Proper Build directories for TestAPI

Intermediate directories for the Debug configuration were being properly named for both Win32 and X64, thus keeping the .obj files (etc.) separate. No problem.
- But, Intermediate directories for the the two Release configurations were sharing the identical directory (.\Release\), thus causing build errors when testing both configurations. This confusion with intermediate Release directories is now fixed.
Although "Pre-Compiled Headers" is turned OFF for all four build configurations, the two Release configuration were sharing the same intermediate directory. This was harmless, but potentially confusing sometime in the future. This is now fixed.
