WinMerge 2.16.36 #61

Due to an issue where options such as "Ignore carriage return differences" were being ignored when performing folder comparison with the default Diff Algorithm, I have released version 2.16.36 today. This release was originally scheduled for January 2024. https://github.com/WinMerge/winmerge/issues/2080
