WinMerge is an Open Source differencing and merging tool for Windows. WinMerge can compare both folders and files, presenting differences in a visual text format that is easy to understand and handle.
This improves the Catalan translation. In my last pull request, I inadvertently included some mistakes (my apologies, I messed up the keyboard shortcuts abbreviations, which I have now corrected).
Additionally, this enhances the usage of quotation marks («» vs '') and style (e.g., the use of exclamation marks is rare in formal Catalan), it aligns certain terminology consistently ("panel" is now uniformly translated as "subfinestra" to match the existing strings), and adds a few minor improvements.
