-SMB share can now use username and password -Added support for hyper-v -Smarter selection of ip address for network share to connect to (multiple network card support)

Thanks for the PR. I'll take a more detailed look at the varying changes in isolation. As it is, I can't merge it because of the failing build. I'm also going to simplify the scheduled task mechanism.

This plugin is no longer maintained since Vagrant natively supports Windows guests. If you have a Vagrant issue you need to ask the Vagrant mailing list or file a GitHub issue on Vagrant core.
