If ROS2 can run based on VxWorks without docker #101

Hello, I am a beginner of VxWorks. And I have install VxWorks on my raspberry pi 4, I want to know if it is possible to run ROS2 on VxWorks. Not on QEMU but on RPI4, not based Docker but native.

I have overview your readme but I can find very clear description. Maybe I missed something
