this CentOS 7 systemctl service controller files,It's not consistent with debian service file;

The vlmcsd.service file is added to complete the build of the RPM package with vlmcsd.spec and under CentOS;

Maybe we need a separate submodule for RPM package building?

Closing PR since it's redundant; CentOS/RedHat compliant systemd service file is already present at https://github.com/Wind4/vlmcsd-debian/blob/master/vlmcsd.service

My bad, should not have closed this! Source repo is deleted, so I don't think merge is possible at this point?
