CF app Cancel command scenarios #304

When the CF app received "Cancel" command for all transactions, it cancelled both Uplink/Downlink transactions, but it removed only Uplink transactions from the active queue and didn't remove Downlink transactions from the active queue.

I am not sure if this is the intended scenario.

I found out that this is the intended scenarios. The app removed the transactions in the Up Active Queue and moved them to the Up History Queue. But it set the status to "Canceled" the transactions in the Pb Active Queue and leave them there. This ticket can be closed.
