CF App didn't update the SuspendNum value in Hk Message #307

When the CF app has a suspended transaction in the Pblink, it updated the Hk Message in the "Hk.Eng.how_many_suspended" but it didn't update in the "Hk.Cond.SuspendNum"

Test case : Test_CF_AppPipe_HousekeepingCmdPb()

I found out that the "Hk.Cond.SuspendNum" will be increased only when the Suspend has an error. In this case, Suspend command was succeeded. This ticket can be closed.
