When the app received two entries in Playback Pending Queue and was requested to send Trans Diag Data
by the command, "CF_SEND_TRANS_DIAG_DATA_CC", it sent a diag data only once for the first transaction from the
Playback pending queue(Downlink).
The requested transaction ID from the command was "0.3_0", which is the same for all entries in Playback pending queue.
