Hi,
I recently have been using juicer to extract cFS message structures on an ubuntu 20.04 system. I'm not super-versed in cFS, but i was able to run it on the sample application (core-cpu1) that comes with the default install, and everything seemed fine (i am able to see all of the "off the shelf" message structures in the SQL DB that i need).
I tried adding a new cFS application that loads and runs along side the sample applications, and i know the application is in fact running, but when i run the new binary through juicer, i am not seeing the new cFS Message structures that my new cFS application uses (i have both command and telemetry messages).
I was wondering if you could give me pointers to what i'm missing here. Apologies for the vagueries, but i can share bits of the code/setup if necessary, just not sure what to specifically reference here given that i think the cFS side is working as expected.
