Issues with JFX18 #60

If the connections app is part of the build(and JFX18 is being used), phoebus crashes.

The root cause was gluon map dependency. See e69c17ac214cf186fe638ddc22e27f5bfc6fb4a6

Eventually we will need these maps and they'll need to be added back in. I think it has to do with OpenJFX backwards compatibility.
