Window restored after minimizing it when Shrink enabled before #124

User reported the following issue:

Hello. I have a Pro license. I have a problem with the current version 5.4.8.1. If I minimize a window via the toolbar, then click on it, the window becomes large. If I then minimize it normally (in the top right window), the minimized window opens 3 or 4 times and the program symbol in the taskbar is orange and flashes constantly. Only after minimizing 3-4 times does the program window in the taskbar remain normal. This bothers me a lot. Is the error known, or do I only have this problem?
