Add option to reset the activation key usage #134

The goal is to have button in Settings -> License page that called "Reset Key Use" or something like that. If the user click on the button, the use count will reset.

This feature will be workaround for issue #107 that makes a lot of trouble for a lot of customers that using the Win32 version (Not the Microsoft Store version)
