A user reported that he expected that when he enable the "click-through" mode and save the configuration,
then the "click-through" mode should be enabled automatically next time the window opens again.
This was not the behavior and it was something that was not considered a bug.
However, on second thought, it should be considered as a bug because it is fine to expect that it will also save this configuration
