[Always on Top] When 30 day trial ended, the highlight border for top-most windows not working as expected #203

User reported the following issue:

I use your app for a while and It's very good, thank you very much.

However there is a bug on my side. Since the trial version ended, and the free version started the red border functionality is no more working well. I always have to go and disable it then re-enable it for it to work, and I always have to do this every while. I did not have this problem in trial version.

Can you see for the problem ? Thank you very much !

I was able to reproduce it. The bug is because this feature was paid before and now it become free after it was copied to P*T app. I forgot something small in the code.. to put the flag check outside the activation check if the statement.
