"Disable opacity when the mouse above the window" isn't saved when saving window configuration #238

A User reported the following issue:

Comment: Hi! I have WindowTop (latest version) and I'm running it with admin privileges and I got an annoying problem that i hope you can help me with. The problem I have with WindowTop is that it doesn't save my settings for opacity. The setting for "Disable when mouse above the window" doesn't get stuck even though I have saved the setting in "save window configuration". All other settings works fine but not "Disable when mouse above the window". Could you please fix it and make an update for it? BR Viktor

I was able to reproduce the bug.

Version with fix to test: WindowTop 5.12.6-beta1 - setup.exe.zip

The customer confirmed that it was fixed. Released in https://github.com/BiGilSoft/WindowTop/releases/tag/v5.13.0
