The toolbar green arrow center position is wrong for a snapped window to the half-right of the screen #289

A user reported the following bug:

`Hi Gil, I think I have a bug in WindowTop v5.19.3. I have the toolbar arrow set to be at the center of the window. However, when I snap the window to the right half of the screen, the arrow "jumps" to the right corner, half of it off screen (as if it stayed in the center of a full-sized window). When I snap the window to the left side of the screen, however, everything is OK. This happens in every program except Google Chrome, where the arrow disappears completely. I tried to uninstall and re-install the program, but it didn't fix this issue.

I was able to reproduce the issue on my end. This will be fixed as part of 5.19 or 5.20

This seems to be fixed. There were some changes in that area in the code, and it is probably fixed now. I can't reproduce it anymore.
