The app validates the activation even when there is no internet connection #307

User reported the following problem:

Everytime when I boot the computer, there was no internet connection until I manually connected the network. However the windowTop will check the activation information immediately that cause fail. And I have to re-enter the activation code again and again. Whether it is possible to check after the network is connected to the Internet, and then deactivate until the check fails until a certain time
