Set opacity not working for some windows that blocks it #343

It is a known issue for a very long time that the set opacity function does not work with some windows like Visual Studio (and probably also this https://github.com/WindowTop/WindowTop-App/issues/8 but not sure that it is the same issue because SET-TOP should work...)

Recently, a user reported the same issue with Revit software. While investigating it further, I figured out a solution to bypass this problem and allow opacity to work even for windows that block it.

The solution is a complex workaround and requires about one to two weeks of effort (including testing).
