This is likely related to a hotfix for Windower/Fenestra#21
However, at the moment these settings don't seem to do anything on my computer. I'm not 100% sure what they're supposed to do (set the position of the post-POL FFXI window wrt the upper left corner of my screen?) but they seem to move any of the windows.
