Question: I intend to add the new zones to the polutils menu's soon, should I hold off and come up with a new category for the rhapsodies area's (there appear to be 2-3 more "escha" type zones incoming, from looking at dialog tables already in game) or just toss them in "other" for now?

Go ahead and add a new "Rhapsodies of Vana'diel" category to the menu. Also, since you're planning to dive into that section of the menus anyway, if you wouldn't mind, could you move Walk of Echoes out of Abyssea and into Wings of the Goddess (it's there for all 4 languages)? I'm not really sure why it ended up listed under Abyssea, but it's a Wings of the Goddess zone.
