Apologies for cramming mutliple things into 1 pull request here.
Added new Rhapsodies zones and a new category to hold them. Put "The Threshold" region into WotG's list and moved its zones into it. Added the mission lists for Rhapsodies. Did both English and Japanese, didn't touch French or German (thought those got removed from retail anyway..) and noticed I forgot to add the Japanese dialog table entry for GM Home, so got that as well.
I auto re-formatted your xml document, it was pretty messy which lead to a parsing error.
You will want to review this with whitespace set off by appending ?w=1 to the url.
If anyone is worried about git blame, you can disable whitespace comparing for that too.
