For: Leafalia, Desuetia - Empyreal Paradox, Reisenjima, and Reisenjima Sanctorium.
Moved Abyssea above SoA so expansions are in release order in the menu now.
I dunno what else is missing for zone besides non English entries and the mapping for Mount Kamihr.
Mount c'mere may be just a cs zone but should still have dialog strings and npc that are used in cs events.
