Changing discord bot icon and name gets overwritten. #131

The discord bot periodically resets it's name and picture if you change them in the discord developer portal. The same is true for webhooks.

the name and picture are hard-coded into the program.

you will need to remove those from the code and re-compile to allow other pictures/names.
