Windows Desktop client would not disconnect/quit #158

Desktop client v2.10.15 Windows 10 x64

When connection attempt fails and I hit the disconnect, it would not disconnect. It is also not possible to quit the app as it is still trying to connect (hangs on quit process). The only solution is to kill the process in task manager. (I do not know if it would have the same behavior upon disconnect on a successful connection. )

Downgraded to v2.9.9.

P.S. I have tried install/uninstall few times with no success.

Thank you for apprising us of this issue. Did you happen to submit a debug log? If not, would you be willing to reinstall 2.10.15 and send us a debug log to aid us in tracking down this issue?

I did submit the debug log couple of times. Please let me know if it is needed again.

I've retrieved the logs submitted on 07/14, but they are both for app version 2.9.9. If you are willing, could you do the following?

You can then downgrade back to 2.9.9. Thank you!

I can now confirm that if I find a server to which I can connect, there is no problem to disconnect and quit.
