depends: new verb #2208

This pull request adds the 32bit variant of Dependency Walker to winetricks.

With https://github.com/Winetricks/winetricks/commit/4ecd7326b1434dd14319c6b59b7c42e6fe2ff0cb the win64 variant was initially also included, but was removed again with https://github.com/Winetricks/winetricks/commit/b2c113dd64ef17c1e490c7791c6dcd6327b00b9f, because it depends on a win64 variant of the mfc42.dll, for which I have not found a public download link at MS.
