feat: strikeout pledged items

This change strikes out the name of an item if it is pledged:

Also implemented in legacy card mode:

This PR also contains a couple of bonus 😄 changes:

• A fix for the "Added by" username not showing the username when in card view.
• A fix for the "Name" column heading not changing with different languages

If accepted, this closes #73
