Added Norwegian (bokmål) translations #108

Hopefully no issues here, though I am quite inexperienced with pull requests. One thing I noticed is that my file is encoded as UTF8 with BOM, and the rest of the language files are UTF8 (without BOM). I've set up Code to encode with BOM as default because I've experienced issues with certain characters (particularly Æ, Ø and Å) without BOM. Let me know if I need to change this or anything else.
