Remove Bulmaswatch #119

In general, none of the Bulmaswatch themes look quite right. I doubt that anyone uses this feature and it prevents upgrading to newer versions of Bulma or switching to another CSS framework.

If you use this feature, please let me know before I remove it.

I'm actually using Bulmaswatch theme 'flatly' and as you mentioned none of the themes look quite right. But I prefere having a clearly visible header part. I also find distinguishing tiles of different people was easier with 'flatly' than with the stock theme.
