Localization/german #13

Hey there, I added German translations (so that my Mum will be able to use the wishlist ;-) ). I'm not totally happy yet, but it's a start. For example, item in English has the double meaning of 'list item' and 'thing (that I want for Christmas)'. In German we don't really have a word that fits both. I went for 'Eintrag' which means 'list item' in most cases and sometimes omitted the word, e.g. 'Item URL' -> 'URL'. Suggestions for a better workaround are very welcome.

Thank you! This seems to be working. Do you know everything that has a double meaning that should be split to two strings? I tried to avoid that while making en-us but missed some.
