Added GUEST_PASSWORD to README #80

Update for README to include Guest Password, see #8

If someone copy/pastes the example config, it shouldn't give them a default password. The app should either reject this default password and pretend it was left unset or the line should be commented out.

It also looks like your editor deleted the blank line at the end of the readme. Ideally avoid that but this can still be accepted if that does happen.
