Remove/disable Ship Kills reposting (and make the respective API require some sort of auth) #10

title explains the idea. the removal of ship-kills was pointless because you can just work around it using the galaxy info api (or galaxy info itself if you have a server with it), its so counter-intuitive to make a radical change like this and then allow and encourage people to bypass it

I don't mind if people have access to the data outside of the official server, but when it's in the official server it results in uncontrollable bandwagoning that isn't quite severe enough to moderate but does make the server toxic. If someone uses a screenshot of the data accessed by Galaxy Info to harass someone we can just moderate them.
