Broken HUD icons and item descriptions. #37

Chat, the compact spy disguise panel (possibly the normal too) and item 
descriptions are broken when changing resolution. Re-Installed the HUD, 
hopefully this will fix it. 

What steps will reproduce it?
1. I had 1920x1080 resolution 
2. Changed 1600x900 and it broke 
3. Again changed to 1920x1080 didn't fix it.

What version do you use?
2.60
What's your resolution?
1600x900 -> 1920x1080 both in 16:9 tried 16:10 no difference.
I forgot to take any screenshots. Will add them if I get the problem again. 
(Sorry for the bad English. Hopefully this is readable.)

You have to restart the game after changing resolution. Similar things also 
happen with the default hud.
