Ammo and Ubercharge meter not appearing on screen

Can you describe the problem?
The ammo displayed is cutoff and the ubercharge meter isn't appearing on the 
screen with normal settings.
What steps will reproduce it?
1.Play TF2
2.Play Medic
3.Use a Medigun/Syringe Gun

What version do you use?
3/19/2013 TF2 Update, 2.95 HUD Update
What's your resolution?
800x600 Fullscreen 
Please provide any additional information below (don't forget about
screenshots).

Note: Not an issue before the 3/19/13 TF2 Update, on 800x600 no previous issues.
