Arrange more scaffolding

• [x] Call Shaun and ask him to come round
• [x] Explain the job:
• [x] 1. Extend scaffolding to birds nest (halfway across lounge window
• [x] 2. Joe needs to work at least a metre over the bathroom roof, on the gable end wall and be able to reach the top of the gable end wall
• [x] 3. Scaffolding required by 14th November
• [x] 4. Initial estimate is that it will be up for 4 months

Can we include a roof and sheeting walls to keep the weather off and so Joe can work over the winter?

Shaun called. I explained new requirements. He will speak to Joe about the netting/sheets/roof. Prob be about £650 without that. Paid the £300 for the existing scaffold. Shaun will call me about 7pm tonight.

No call from Shaun yet - will remind him.

Shaun called at 15:03 and spoke to Joe. Shaun will confirm cost of sheeting and call me back this eve.

No response from Shaun as of 14:30 14/11/2018 so will call him. Left voicemail 14:34.

Spoke to Joe about a different approach to the job, which he agreed to:

1. Postpone the extra scaffold until after christmas
2. Work on the column currently scaffolded
3. Plus along the bottom of the wall

So I called Shaun at 17:35 15/11/2018 and left a vm telling him that but asking for the cost estimate and for the scaffold to be extended first week of Jan.

Scaffold up 7th May 2019. Shaun said would cost £800 without the sheeting. We're not putting sheeting up now that spring has arrived! Not paid yet.
