Hello Michelle,

Thank you for the quote, which I am happy to accept.

Paul said he would return to site to take more precise measurements once the stud work is complete, so we are not ready to proceed with the ordering of the windows just yet; I will let you know when the stud work is complete.

Would you please let me know what the deposit will be and what your company bank details are for electronic transfer of payments.

Also, please note that my post code is wrong on your letter heading, it should be EX17 6EN.

Good morning Mr Rogers, Here are the revised costing for windows currently priced as HERITAGE GENUS Flush casement (mechanical joints), and also additional costings for the 3 further windows as discussed with Paul (Blake), our Director (and surveyor), at the property.

Heritage Flush Sash Welded option: Black foiled on white foiled, Black monkey tail handles, Single horizontal Astragal bar detail etc.

Upstairs (3 windows) £ 2,188.20 inc. vat @ 20%

Downstairs (3 windows) £ 2,317.21 inc. vat @ 20%

TOTAL cost £ 4,505.41 inc. vat @ 20% (please bear in mind that a Deposit has already been paid in sum of £ 1,183.95).

Good morning Mr Rogers, Thank you for quick response, we will get the six windows ordered today. The difference in deposit works out as an additional £1068.75, we will continue to process the order as you have already paid deposit on the initial calculation for 3 windows – if you could let us have the balance of the new deposit within the next 7 – 10 days, just to keep the book-keeper happy, that would be greatly appreciated. Once the windows are here, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for installation – please be aware that our work schedule throughout the next 8 – 10 weeks is extremely busy, we will do our best to give you as much notice as possible if a gap in the schedule becomes available. You can, of course, contact us at any time to check progress/possible installation dates.
