Move Winterleaf.Engine.Omni to a shared project #29

This change moves the Winterleaf.Engine.Omni project into the base folder.

This project should not be edited on a per-project basis, and if it's necessary to do so then it can be moved into the project. Moving it into a shared folder makes it simpler to update the engine, and makes sure that your framework-changes are uniform across all templates and projects.

Ofc, this is a matter of opinion so feel free to reject.

Actually that is not the case, you can’t move it. Cause different game project might use different #includes which would or would not include different console functions and objects.

So you could have the same C++ code base, but shit could be turned off based on the options you selected in the project manager.

I initially thought the same thing, until I realized that one project might have physic’s turned on and another might not, etc.

Ah point taken!
