Ofc, this is a matter of opinion so feel free to reject.
Actually that is not the case, you can’t move it. Cause different game project might use different #includes which would or would not include different console functions and objects.
So you could have the same C++ code base, but shit could be turned off based on the options you selected in the project manager.
I initially thought the same thing, until I realized that one project might have physic’s turned on and another might not, etc.

This change moves the Winterleaf.Engine.Omni project into the base folder.
This project should not be edited on a per-project basis, and if it's necessary to do so then it can be moved into the project. Moving it into a shared folder makes it simpler to update the engine, and makes sure that your framework-changes are uniform across all templates and projects.
