Add new brilliancy condition

• Add new brilliancy condition for when check leaves a hanging queen. Adding the most specific case here with the idea you can build up a bunch of cases and generalise from there if need be.
• Correct checkmate brilliancy condition (seems it was inverted?) if (attackerPinned && captureTestBoard.moves().some(move => move.endsWith("#"))) {

Bxh2+ not being a brilliant move is intended behaviour. Simple tactics like the discovered attack on the white queen shown here are not considered brilliant by Game Report, because material worth more than that sacrificed is being won back on the next move. On chess.com this may be different because they have different brilliant move criteria depending on your ELO rating whereas Game Report treats players of all strengths equally in this regard
