New MB wires, cathode location and drift speed #23

There is some talk that a new MB wire geometry, cathode plane location and corresponding drift speed is coming. This will need a new WCT wires file and configuration tweaks.

A new dump is prepared by Brooke from:

 /uboone/app/users/brussell/uboonecode_v06_83_00/build_slf6.x86_64/ubcore/gdml/microboonev11_nowires.gdml

Save to file and convert to WCT format

$ wirecell-util convert-oneside-wires ChannelWireGeometry_v11.txt microboone-wires-v11.json.bz2

Check some summary:

$ wirecell-util wires-info microboone-wires-v11.json.bz2 
anode:0 face:0 X=[-6.00,0.00]mm Y=[-1155.30,1174.70]mm Z=[0.35,10369.60]mm
    0: x=-0.00mm dx=6.0000mm

No apparent change from microboone-celltree-wires-v2.1.json.bz2
