I rather prefer Apache License v2, but whatever works!

Well, I see that the main project WireMock.not is using Apache License v2, maybe we should keep it consistent. @StefH what do you think?

Licences are always difficult to choose and to use and understand.

The reason WireMock.Net is apache 2, is because I've copied/used some code from mock4net.

But some other projects / NuGets from WireMock.Net are MIT I believe.

So just go for MIT.
