When someone calls a number/gets to a call action, we should be able to make a call inside of Slack/Discord/etc. so people can answer it directly inside of the comms backend option they've got set up. This might need to be implemented in part by the carrier they've opted to use, or we can make it a Advanced feature via the PBX functionality set.
