Gauge widget #117

Dashy needs a Gauge.

I will try to port the Gauge I had made for GPE.

Done in 2ac326a70150f2b23a6ead13248eb33a2b28ca2d

The text in this Gauge is improved because it is pure html and css and thus easily style-able.

Still needs the smooth transition stuff but that is for later iterations.
