Update packages - use global params

To reference files to be used by the copy and template modules (and maybe more) we need to prepend all of the PATH by a set of variables that will be then updated by the setup / deploy script.

Variables are:

DEVOPS_PACKAGE ; to reference a file within the local package folder
DEVOPS_DEFAULT ; to reference a file within the default package folder (may not be used much)
DEVOPS_BASE ; to reference the base folder where ansible wil create some shit (ex. mysql when using with_password.)
