Create apache module for ansible #4

TODO:

add / disable apache modules
add / disable apache hosts

Other ?:

add vhost; rely on git / copy / template
add extension; rely on package manager

Would use the following commands:

a2enmod / a2dismod; enable / disable modules
a2ensite / a2dissite; enable / disable sites

Problem:

it only works on Debian / Ubuntu as the config is split in many small files
RH / CentOS / Fedora do not support; see this post on serverfault

Why do we care about RH / CentOS / Fedora at this point?

Because for the moment I can also simply run the shell command that will do the same work as a proper function for an 'apache' module. If the module is only ubuntu compliant, then what s point in investing in such module.

I keep this ticket open just as a reminder, if we ever think this is required, or if we see more complex features that the apache module should be able to perform.
