Update all task name #44

Need upper-case Need "Ensure..." - for services (ex. Ensure apache is running, Ensure apace is restarted, etc.)

v0.2 only

Those sentences appear in the log and need to be customer friendly.

Done. Pushed - there might be errors - will check on staging.
