Rename to "ken"

We're currently still calling the prokect "pmhub", we need to rename the repo to "ken".

@sunsongxp @EcutDavid How does this impact deployment?

No impact to me, but I have no permission to change the name of this repo.

pmhub is in everywhere in the deployment scripts, not difficult to replace them, need to test and redeploy on staging

We're considering actually changing to "FullPM" (I just bought fullpm.com).

Renaming the project to FullPM;

• Domain name is fullpm.com (manageable from our Name.com account)
• Display name is "FullPM"
• Machine name (for repos for example) is fullpm

I'll rename the Slack channel and repo name, we'll need to update the deploy scripts and naming in the code. @sunsongxp @EcutDavid @ChopperLee2011
