The Pulse and Graphs tabs on GitHub are not very useful IMHO. One of the things that I had considered doing was to add an Evidence Based Scheduling graph to our boards (rather than the less useful burn down charts).
This would most likely be a premium feature. I think this would lead us to do a few things:
Design the architecture so that we can flexibly add new features/plugins.
Help us start doing some amount of data science.
Help us validate a paying model.
@quentinberder @mpathiuk What would be useful metrics you'd like to see for milestones/sprints or managing projects as a whole?
