Bug: Extension mode improvements #33

1. problem

Four columns don't fit nicely to the extension-view (one column is below others). We should adjust css so that all fit on the extension-screen.

2. problem

I still see the form to select org and repo name. We should hide those on extension-mode. I think we should have something like ?extension added to the url to hide it.

@EcutDavid Sunsong deployed the dev branch to staging but it seems these are still not fixed, can you check.
