Require: a development server

@sunsongxp: Could we have a new development server, which links to github dev branch, and automatically deploy the code to the server when there is a new commit?

@zbal: I have told the design to @hunvreus, can u make some comments on it? then we can make it as a standard program when we have a new project:

• master branch link to staging server
• dev branch link to dev server
• every new commit under each branch will automatically deployed to server.
• every features/bugs branch should merges to dev, then dev merges to master.
• at last, promote staging server to product server.
